AECAR is divided into three different production departments. Here, stamping and stamping-bending operations are carried out every day at medium/high speed, together with the welding processes of wires and micro-profiles in precious metals, hot and cold heading of precious and non-ferrous metal wires, automatic and manual riveting and both electrical and induction braze-welding. Each produced contact is washed, degreased and tumbled in the washing department using cutting-edge technologies and machinery.

AECAR is also able, thanks to its network of trusted suppliers, to carry out any galvanic treatment (silver plating, gold plating, copper plating, tin plating, nickel plating) both on the products as well as on normal and semi-manufactured strips (selective or total treatment).
